We all have tried and true behaviour patterns that are our default. Are you someone who reaches for food, alcohol or work when life feels ‘too much’? I see a lot of people struggling not with what they do, but how they do it. The daily habits, practices and thoughts aren’t working and they simply don’t know what they don’t know.
Mind Fitness takes the guesswork out of the ‘how’ by giving you the space and support to get to the heart of what you don’t know, aka what’s really challenging you. Together, we’ll zone in on what’s not working and make a plan to get you back on track.

I’ve experienced firsthand what happens when a person doesn’t feel safe enough (or know how) to express what they’re going through. It’s devastating – not just for the individual, but for everyone who loves and cares for them. We can (and need to) do better.
